  Provides referrals to child care programs for parents in Kern County. Offers programs such as daily child care, community programs, and family strengthening programs. Also offers information on the California Alternative Payments Programs (CAPP). Helps low-income families to pay for all or part of the cost of child care while parents are working, in school, or in a training program.
